Capgemini has a distinctive recruitment process tailored through the years to suit its business best. PeopleXS offered the flexibility through its workflow-engine to implement the application exactly fitting to the existing processes.
Capgemini has started a rollout project to install PeopleXS in all its Dutch divisions. As a consulting company, Capgemini has extensive knowledge in-house on how to deal with implementation projects and has now installed a project aiming to deliver PeopleXS to the organization within two months.
