Support on peoplexs recruitment software is made available on-line to improve knowledge sharing
Today Peoplexs has launched a new support site through which customers can get support on peoplexs software and share knowledge with other user of our software.
Although the use of an on-line support site within other industries is not unusual, there are until today no comparable solutions within the HRM recruitment software market in the Netherlands. Peoplexs will now be the first supplier to offer its customers a possibility for on-line support.
The support site contains an on-line form to post questions to the helpdesk which will be answered by the helpdesk as soon as possible. Furthermore there is also a support forum where all users of Peoplexs can communicate and discuss with Peoplexs representatives and/or each other on a wide range of topics, from "best practices" and "resume scanning" until "technical installation" and "feature requests".
Next to these online communication possibilities the support site contains two news channel with relevant support information on our recruitment software products. The first newschannel contains urgent messages from the Peoplexs helpdesk on the current status and availability of the servers. The second newschannel contains a planning of coming releases and softwareupgrades and enables customers to stay informed on-line with the developments at Peoplexs.
The support site will improve the overall service level of the Peoplexs helpdesk and also stimulates knowledge sharing between Peoplexs and its customers and between Peoplexs customers.
The support site is only seen as an additionel channel for our customers to contact us, current telephone and e-mail services remain unchanged.
