Dr. Jan van Rooijen RA
Jan is co-founder and former CFO of MarketXS (www.marketxs.com), an Amsterdam based market data technology company, and co-founder and CFO of Investeringsmaatschappij De Brittenburg. Besides its majority interest in MarketXS, Investeringsmaatschappij De Brittenburg is majority shareholder in a number of technology companies including Mierij Meteo (www.mierijmeteo.nl) and OptiSense (www.optisense.nl). He brings in comprehensive knowledge of financial management and procedures.
Jan is chartered accountant with sound experience in setting up and managing a number of businesses in different sectors, including technology, all as a (financial) director and co-owner. Jan has PhD in Financial Accounting from the University of Amsterdam and an MSc. in Business Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
Tom Teunissen
Prior to his directorship at Eneco Energie, Tom worked at IBM for 23 years. He held various executive positions including Director of IBM Global Financing, Director of Small and Medium Enterprises as well as IBM.com. He carried responsibilities to reengineer IBM’s go to market model and the implementation of IBM’s CRM and opportunity management system. He has been a Member of Twinning Advisory Group, and is currently a member of the advisory board of QNH. He had a leading role in several acquisitions and trade sales.
Tom holds a degree in Business economics.
